Terms of Use & License (EULA)
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Calisthenics Strength Tracker app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as allowed by law.
2. Subscriptions (Calisthenics Pro)
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, “Calisthenics Pro”, which unlocks the App’s full feature set. The following terms apply:
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period (e.g., monthly or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charge: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- Pricing & period: The price and billing period are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you buy.
- Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions after purchase.
3. Health & fitness disclaimer
The App provides general fitness information and tracking tools and is not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your ability. We are not liable for any injury or health condition arising from your use of the App.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or disrupt the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
7. Apple
These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
